What if I Have More Pictures?

That’s no problem at all. We can certainly create longer videos to meet your needs or set a specific interval between pictures.  There may be an added charge as this obviously takes more time and work.   Please contact us and let us know what you’re looking for. We’d be happy to help.

How Long Does It Take?

That depends. Usually, we can create your video within 5-7 business days after we receive everything from you (pictures, background music selection, etc …). To speed up the process please login as soon as you receive your login/password. If it’s urgent, please let us know and we’ll do our best (if possible) to accommodate. As an FYI, for rush jobs outside of our normal business practice we charge $20.  Our advice -- don't wait until the last minute if you can and get everything to us as soon as possible.

Can I Use Any Song For the Background Music?

Yes and No. We offer a wide selection of great background music that we’ve purchased the rights to use with your video slideshows. However, due to the extreme cost and copyright/royalty issues, we can’t use specific songs per se.   After receiving your video, you’re welcome to change the audio track to whatever you desire (of course, you’ll have to do this at your own risk).

No – order does not mater.  We randomly select pictures in creating your video slideshow (unless you tell us otherwise - in that case you'll need to order/label each picture).
